now you should be giving all the foods that you prepare in your house. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between.
Give nuts like almond, dry fruits.
All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken.
At least 500 ml of full cream milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit.
avoid intake of junk and packet foods
NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the child is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and and include fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially dry fruits and dairy products
