What should I nourish my baby she is sweating a lot. She is turning 1 year. Do suggest me including her food habits for upcoming days.

Sweating is very much normal in babies due to the larger head surface area and large number of sweat glands which regulates body temperature. So no need to worry
Make ur baby wear comfortable clothes.
Once ur baby completes one year then u can give all that you cook for your family. There is no restriction on that now
