Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child .
vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.
Mulrtivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.
Givde all the vaccination required.

you must do oiling everyday
I would suggest to use mixture of pure coconut oil and Amala oil for this.
give head bath with mild shampoo like Babyhug shampoo
maintain good hygiene
