Dear mother and average weight for four months and 15 days the girl should be in between 5.8 KG to 6.4 kgs along with that you have to see the birth weight of the child you can have a rough idea that by six-month your babies weight should be double the birth weight it can sometimes fluctuate a little important is that child is achieving the milestones properly and passing out urine and motion frequently and taking the feed at timeWrite Your Answer Here
