What should be the normal temperature of 1.5 months old baby after 1st vaccination

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Fever is commonly seen in babies and mostly it's viral infection which is very common in children.
But if fever is high grade and persisting or assosiated with specific symptoms than other causes should also be ruled out .
Antipyretic like paracetamol or ibuprofen or mefetnamic acid are usually given to reduce fever . Cold sponging with lukewarm water is also helpful .
Doctorg consultation should be done if symptoms like excessive irritability dullness loss of appetite less urine output is there .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Temperature 99°F is only considered normal if it is going to cross that then it is going to be fever in any of the cases whether it is vaccination or it is normal course of life so you just have to look for them demarcation of 99°FWrite Your Answer Here
