with the help of a ddigital thermometer and if it is 100 f or more then you consider it as fever or when you take the temperature in the oral cavity .
of the child and if it is 99 degree fahrenheit then you consider it as fever and then paracetamol is given.

Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, we'll for children normal body temperature is considered till 99.9 degrees. 100 degrees is considered as fever for babies or children.
So paracetamol is given only when temperature touches 100 degrees or more. Good luck and take care
