Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
