Hi Two or three things are there if your child has scratched the head if there is a mosquito bite and sometimes when cradle Also falls out of the scalp it can leave a red mark like this so as of now you can apply coconut oil it is going to settle down in sometime it is not anything major it’s a very normal thing with kids
