Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients.
one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth.
any kind of infegction specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth otherwise.
after 2 yexars of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

so , please don't take stress for this.
try variety of food items in your child diet.
you can give breakfast like besan chilla, multigrain idli, dosa, mung dal chilla , paneer chilla , dates ladoo (see it's recipe in my profile) , besan ladoo , golpappdi etc

everything which you take own diet.
so your child diet should consist of sabji, chapati, dal rice,dairy product ,beans etc
