Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. any brand will do. is given as per weight of the child. if a child's armpit temperature is 99°f (37°c) or higher, or oral temperature reaches 100°f, it's considered a fever. administer paracetamol, sponge the body, and dress the child in light clothes. paracetamol can be given up to four times a day.
