what natural remedies I can use for my child to prevent him from cold and cough?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. baby is only for months Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby

Give indirect steam to ur baby 2-3 times in a day and apply baby rub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold.
Or u can also apply warm mustard oil with pinch of rock salt on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold
