Q.

What month should I introduce weaning food to my triplet babies? They are 4 month old now. They are on both breast milk nd formula feed.

A. It is good to exclusive breast feed them until 6months and after that you can switch to starting solids foods. And breast feed them like once or twice in a day. 6 months exclusive breast feeding will be good for both the babies... happy parenting!!!
