Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. first of all give Paracetamol to the child if your child is having fever if any other symptom is there better to consult your doctor and do not take any advice by anyone other than doctor it may be harmful

Crocin Is the right fever for medicine if you want to go ahead with it apart from that if your child is having chills and everything then you know right now you give this medicine but do consult your paediatrician tomorrow for a proper checkup and better course of medicine
