my baby 4yr 8months old suffering from fever with chills since today evening. which medicine we should use

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose caffn be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required

A. Hello dear parent! Try giving paracetamol drops for now. This needs a personal medical evaluation to understand the symptoms. It is better to check with your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
