Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl2 years agoA. hi it looks like allergic reaction to something like fabric food or cosmetics,heat or sweating or Infection I would suggest to apply coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on this choose Cotton clothes for your child maintain good hygiene
