By now the baby can also be introduced to egg yolk and non veg if preferred, dry fruits and nuts , some milk products such as curds , panner , ghee etc . Millets , legumes and variety of dals as well . Seasonal fruits and vegetables
ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. For babies of 9 months, you can give homemade foods like porridge, homemade cerelac, roti soaked in dal, vegetable parantha, khichadi, dal rice, Daliya.
Seasonal fruits
Milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Eggs and non veg foods.
Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Give 3 to 4 meals a day and up to three fourth katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
