what kind of bump is this coz this over face head arms but mostly on arms i have attached the pic

A. If it is happening all over the body then it is better to console the doctors could be due to some allergy and infection once a doctor is going to examine they can confirm what kind of an issue it is and what treatment would be more feasible for you to use
