It’s After the age of 1 1/2 years I am going to say if a child is not responding to its name if your child is not making an eye contact at all not making you do not following simple, is not listening to anything just busy into their own words just busy playing with one single toy aligning the toys in alliance all these things can be a sign for some issue that the child is going to this is the kind of an abnormal behaviour at this age
