Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you can give Khichdi and Dalia with boiled and mashed green vegetables mixed in as sem solid diet to your baby. And this is fibrous also. Also you can guve curd., curd is probiotic and very good for digestion. Good luck and take care
