what is this redness on both side ear of 10 month baby. baby is touching it. when she touches it then it becomes more red. no liquid coming out of ear.

A. hi it seems like Fungal infection or insect bites you may apply thin layer of coconut oil over this but please don't pour,add it inside your child ears
