Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

It Should be a minimum of 413 KG as of now on the lighter side I’m telling you can be more than that but a minimum 13 at this age is considered quite healthy and gradually over the period by the age of three years a child should be somewhere around 14 to 16 KG
