Q.

what is the way to get vitamin d3 for 2 months old except sunlight and vitamin d3 drops..is not possible to go out to get sunlight or medical shop..since complete lockdown here..and the covid is spreading vigorously here.. very afraid to take my baby outside the home for getting enough sunlight

A. at this age it is difficult to take the child in sunlight properly so it is advisable to continue vitamin d supplements and after six months if you are able to take the child in sunlight properly for at least half an hour daily then you can stop vitamin d supplements

A. no other way it is ok .This is physiological and normal for kids . No need to worry for this as it is according to the age of baby and usual process in growth . For examination can consult any doctor for any query related to same .
