what is the time period for tongue clean to 0-3 month baby

Places to clean it properly once in the morning when you are giving a bath to the child as initially this is going to be enough till the time your child doesn’t start to have his teeth so this is going to be good at least you will clean properly teeth in the morning and rest of the times if you prefer you can use a soft cotton cloth twice or thrice a day otherwise
