Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. you can give drops gastica 1 ml to the child for abdominal pain and this medicine can be given maximum three times but after that kindly meet your doctor to find the cause

Use colicaid syrup
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Give adequate water
Maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Offer different varieties of food
