Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. you can calculate the weight of the child and ideal e the minimum weight gain in the first month should be around 700 grams and in the second month also it should be around 700 to 800 grams and accordingly minimum weight gain after that should be 500 grams till 6 months of age

It depends on her birth weight
After birth , every months 300 to 500 grams of weight should increase.
Don't worry if it's not so
If your child is happy healthy and active , no need to worry much
