ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, any top food should be introduced only after the completion of 6 months. Even after 6 months, avoid giving any sort of commercially available packaged foods as these are not as healthy as homemade foods.
You can give homemade cerelac.
