ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. two years gap minimum. try to lose weight with exercise. go sloey. to be tone up. work out like aerobic n gym are very effective. you can put aloe gel or olive oil to help make process better. a variety of contraception is available. you can choose as per your needs from any out of the copper T, pill, condom s etc. they all are good yet regular use important n don't guarantee 100 percent protect in any case. so widely used.
