For proper growth over all for weight gain and height and good skin and hairs give green leafy vegetable and fruits and good protein source like egg and paneer or soyabeans . Protein powder like pediasure can be started after 2 year only .

Height is genetic. Indulge ur baby in some physical activity like hanging, stretching, running, swimming etc as this helps to increase height. Also include lentils, egg, chicken, chicken, Banana, milk and milk products, dry fruits etc for increase in height.
