while we want to make the most of the rainy season ,the thought of catching infections and flu persistently lurks at the back of the mind and concern grows even greater when it comes to children.
so for monsoon ,here I suggest some immunity booster food which help to keep your child protected from this :
1.add very little bit of turmeric powder in warm milk of your child or you can give Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder,few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
2.offer seasonal fruits like jamun , cherries,peach etc which are full of vitamin C
3.kids can be fussy about fruits or vegetables but they may like to chomp on crunchy dry fruits and nuts like walnuts , cashew,fig etc
