Viral infection it can happen to anybody it has got no connection that you being pregnant and you are having fever just a coincidence that you’re having fever in pregnancy it’s a viral infection that happens to anybody in any given point of time and pain could be due to improper sleep pattern or something so you can check with your doctor to proceed with the medication to take
