What is the reason for this, only the baby's head is warm?

It’s a normal body temperature if the body is also warm along with warm head then you can take a temperature with a thermometer if you see it is touching 99° or it is more than that then it is fever prior to that it would be a normal body common with kids to have different body temperature different body parts
