what is the reason and solution of dark spots or patches on face during pregnancy?

A. dark spots occur mostly due to lack of proper sleep and stress so try to cover of these things by doing proper sleep whenever baby is sleeping and meditation also you can apply Aloe Vera Gel as Vitamin E is suggested good to recover dark spots
