A. Hai good morning !! You can try home remedies to increase milk production. Milk & diary products ,rusk,bread toast,papaya,chikoo,garlic in curries,garlic milk,mutton kheema,having more water . Ask lactation expert or gynaecologist suggestion on lactation powders ,tablets for increasing milk production.
