Idea weight for a 4 year old is around 11 to 15 kgs and height about 100 cm
But it’s necessary that the child should be of exactly same parameter it can be little more or little less..
If the child is eating properly, active and alert then don’t worry about the weight
Yes if the child’s weight is too low or too extra then consult doctor
