what is the ideal age to start salt or untill when we shouldn't give salt to baby boy

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 days agoA. dear parent, salt shd b avoided till 1 yr of age as kidney is not mature to process salt. you can start giving salt to your baby after completion of 1 year.
