advisable to use any medicines without medical consultation because they have got side effects. it is advisable that you should visit your doctor for that.
how to take a particular medicine and the dosage will be told by your doctor.

Ma’am It would be very difficult to give you correct guidance on this I will just going to advise you to talk to your paediatrician about it they will tell you the correct dosage that is what you are supposed to be giving to the child after consulting your doctor
