RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. Its Going to be about 3ML at a point of time and then you can repeat it again after six hours if the fever is high and it is repeated in the meanwhile also I would advise you to start doing cold sponging to reduce down the temperature
