RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am If the skin is red for a longer time are you not change the nappy in the right time then it can happen due to the wetness. So I would advise you to start applying Boroline whenever you change the nappy or your child passes to then also just apply Boroline so the rashes do not appear and if there are any that they will heal fast
