A. There is no soap that can change the skin tone of a baby. Skin tone is genetically inherited. Use a mild moisturiser or cream. Mamaearth products are good. This helps to improve skin tone. Maintain hygiene and do not let the skin become dry. Breastfeed properly to maintain hydration.
