SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, any snacks or food which is home-made is good for good growth and immunity. You can give three meals and two snacks. Include all type of veggies fruits and pulses. Give drinks like buttermilk, milkshakes, Badam milk, fresh fruit juice. Give seasonal fruits and veggies which are good.
