Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi if a child is having allergy to cow's milk ,you can give almond milk give other food items like nuts , dry fruits , ragi etc which are also good source of calcium provide sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
