what is normal weight for 5 month baby.my kid is 5.8 kg..when should we start solid food..we are giving solid food now is it safe

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, the weight of 5 months old baby would depend on the birth weight. Current weight of 5.8 kg is also a normal weight. You should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Introduce solids after 6 months.
