NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello if there is sufficient breast milk then you can give the same otherwise it would be better to gve your child infant formula milk.. you can give it anytime not a problem even now if the breastmilk is not sufficient which is not a problem
