what is best technic to feed? whether one breast at time or else two

A. hello. the best method to feed your baby is is using both the breasts one by one. like for the first five minutes feed from one side and then switch over to the other side. if you feel any pain then you can use a nipple shield from the "Babyhug" company as it will ease out the pain and the baby will be easily able to suck
