Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi babies weight gain depends on their birth weight ideally they gain around 250 to 500g per month so if child weighs 3 kg at birth time,he or she can have weight around 4 to 6 kg at this stage of age
