what if my breastmilk is very thin like water is it fulfilling my baby?? she's passing urine 4 to 5 times a day but not passing stool regularly?? please answer

A. Namaste Mom, Breast milk is thin and not quite thick though , excluively breast fed babies it is normal not to pass motions for maximum 4 to 6 days as well without showing any signs of discomfort as such
