NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello you can be giving your child 3 meals in a day and you can be giving your child home made cerelac and also rice well cooked dal water ghee curds banana avacadoes potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi which are all healthy and nutritious and safe
