what happens when breastmilk gets into baby's ears? should I be worried?

A. just clean the external ear and rest of the milk will come out through the ear canal Even after following the suggestion given by the doctor if there is no improvement in next 2 or 3 days it is advisable to meet the local pediatrician for examination diagnosis and treatment of the child
