what happens if we add salt and sugar to the babies below 1year old?

See normally Dr see if you are salt and sugar the child can become really hyper active in all of those things but my doctor always advise me to add salt to the food so salt I have given definitely sugar even I did not give but yes I replace it with jaggery regularly into the food of my child so salt I can definitely advise you to go ahead with what sugar you should avoid an add all the necessary spices to the food whatever you are making for your child
