Can give egg, chicken, fish, meat.
Add powdered nuts (almond cashew nut walnut) to food
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups and fruit juices as they do not provide enough nutrition and fill stomach.
add ghee/oil on top of food for making it energy dense

All the food that you are traditionally cooking at home is the right food to be introduced by the age of 10 month itself so now you can go ahead with giving what are your desiring to give to the child because all the healthy food is healthy and important for a overall growth
